Bill The Cat v1.0 Brian Wilcox (Otherone) otherone@qwest.net November 2000 A fast anarchy level designed for 2-6 players. Supports all of the Anarchy modes and Hoard. A note on the MD: I wanted an MD in the level, but even a single MD with no ammo powerups completely dominated the level during playtesting. So I've made an attempt to balance it for the level. I assume some will hate what I did on general principles but I think most will find that the compromise makes for more balanced and fun play all around. Thanks to Gonzo and Genghis for the hours of playtesting. As always, thanks to Outrage for this awesome game and to Gwar for writing D3Edit.
