XInstaReap v1.0 beta - A mod like InstaReap, just ported to Linux AND Windows

This is XInstareap. The "X" means, that it is running on more than just one OS.
It is running on Windows and Linux.

Please do not try to use XInstaReap on a InstaReap-server. This won't be
possible.
