This is the Arena of Doom. Fight or die!!! AoD is a level designed to look fairly interesting while providing good gameplay. It is compatible with most common gametypes, including CTF, Anarchy, TA, Entropy, and Hoard. Level designed and produced by [NuB2]Stryker. Please do not copy without giving credit where it is due. There are a couple interesting twists to this level: the powerup placement is designed to somewhat protect the person getting the powerup; but at the same time it makes it hard to use the newly acquired powerup. There is only one MD in the level, and only one MD ammo pack. However, to get these powerups, you have to enter the sniper room, which can be deadly. The sniper room has doors that let you in, but lock once the player is inside. No players can get in or out of the sniper room while a player is inside the sniper room, keeping the sniper safe from attack from any angle but the rear. It should be pretty useful to have a sniper in the room full-time, at least in CTF, where the sniper should be less vulnerable to attack. The water on the floor will absorb frag particles, and there are a couple small spots that the sniper can hide in to get away from the general carnage (though it is possible to frag the sniper out if you have good aim and some time). Serverops: Please disallow random powerup spawns. This will ensure that the MD and ammo stay inside the sniper room. Also, please disallow cameras. Players can use them to block the sniper room doors from closing. Players can still use flares to keep the doors open so that they can get the MD and get out, but only if they aren't worried about being trapped (handy for a 1v1 or 2v2, but in larger games someone is bound to notice the open door and fire a frag).
