------------------ LEVEL INFORMATION ------------------ Level: Event Horizon Author: Kris Schneider (A.K.A. Badgas and Leesper) Description: This is the first level in the Event Horizon series. It was made with netgame play in mind, so I'm hoping it will be fun to play in all areas of netgames. I wasn't able to incorporate Hoard into the level yet, or at least I don't think I did. Maybe Hoard works just fine, I'm not sure. The level has no real purpose and it seems that most of the good levels don't have one. This level was made for anarchy and capture the flag and those seem to work just fine. It's just the right size, not too big and not to small. And I made it so you can always get of a bad situation when you need to. The frame rates seem to be good as well. On on Pentium 120Mhz with 24MB of RAM, the lowest frame rate I got (without shooting) was 30 FPS. So, explore the level, know it inside and out, and then play it on Kali. It should be pretty fun, I hope. There are three secret areas all together, all of which I strategically placed for netgame play. Have fun. Anarchy: Yes Robo-Anarchy: No Team Anarchy: Yes Coop: No Capture the Flag: Yes Hoard: I dink so, not sure though Team Hoard: I think so Weapons: Lasers - 6 Quad Lasers - 3 Super Lasers - 6 Vulcan - 1 Gauss - 1 Plasma - 2 Helix - 1 Spreadfire - 1 Omega - 1 Phoenix - 1 EarthShaker - 1 Mega Missile - 2 Smart Missile - 6 Homing Missile - 12 Mercury Missile - 24 Flash Missile - 12 Guided Missile - 12 AfterBurner - 3 Shield Convertor - 1 I probably forgot some so don't freak. ---------------------------- MISSION BUILDER INFORMATION ---------------------------- Editor(s) Used: Devil v2.1h Descent Mission Builder II Build Time: About three days -------------- MISCELLANEOUS -------------- This level can be gotten from the following sites: http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Way/9793 (The DOO DOO Website-My site) http://www.PooterMan.com http://www.KoolBear.com and of course, many others sooner or later...
