Bank Shot...by DwnUndr Custom textures and loadscreen by Akuma This version has been optimized for Monsterball. Most Monsterball levels have a similiar appearance so I decided to try something different. Bank Shot uses three levels stacked on top of each other. The design allows furious fighting for the ball. I'm guessing that instead of the 1 minute to score in Circuit Breaker, this level may provide almost 5 minutes between scores from fairly equal teams. The upper two levels have been designed to make it difficult to get the ball rolling down one of the tunnels, frustrating even. Once someone gets the ball going down into the third level, there are still two chances for the opposing team to get the ball heading back to their base by propelling it back up the opposite tunnel, or guiding it through the cross-connection for a quick score. There are going to be a LOT of busted joysticks because of this level, heh. For eight players, a respawn rate of 30 seconds seems to be about right. Most levels also provide a bewildering array of weapons, both primaries and secondaries. Because of the somewhat lossy nature of the Monsterball mod scripting, I decided to limit the weapons to those that move the ball well, while still providing a few for goal protection. Primaries: Vauss 6 Quadlasers 2 Plasma 1 Microwave 2 Fusion 1 Super Laser 2 Mass Driver 2 Secondaries: Frag 1 Impact Mortar 2 Napalm Rocket 1 Mega 1 Misc: A.B. Coolers 6 Vauss clip 4 This level went through six beta tests! Because of this, the level was shrunk, the goal areas were expanded, custom textures were added and weapons were modified.
