Hellhole1 anarchy, flag, team anarchy, hoard. discription: largest of the 3 level set. This level was to contain the 4 or 5 player games that come up most of the time. The level is bigger in size and has more to offer. From big rooms to small tunnels you can be a tunnel rat, gauss whore or whatever. Though this is the slowest level of the 3 it doesent take away from its playability. I hope you enjoy the very last Hellhole level created. *completed* 4/22/98 Hellhole2 type: anarchy, flag, team anarchy, hoard. discription: Medium sized level that containes mainly non smart weapons with exeption of smart missles. The play is very fast with 3 people or more and there is only one so called secret in the level. In the middle of both tunnels there is a crossover to fool your oponet which tunnel exit you will come out of. Other than that, its a simple, fast, fun level. btw I made the level during the time I was a member of ACE, therefor there is a custom texture with "Ace" on it. (just for memories) *sniff sniff* (thanks to all the ACE's that tested this level) *completed* 3/3/97 Hellhole3 type: anarchy, flag, team anarchy, hoard. Discription: A smaller level than hh2 but still considered a medium sized level. I tried to give the level an errie look to it, more so than hh2. This level is prime for gauss whores. If you love belt weapons than this is your home. (great for lan play) Energy throwers fear not, I included lazers, plazma, fusion, and spreadfire. This level is alot faster than the previous hellhole. I wasent really trying to make it faster but after a couple of test runs it became obvious. I tried to achive this in hh2 (and did) but hellhole3 is a faster level than hh2). (thanks to all the Rangers who tested this level). *completed* 2/15/98 The hellhole series is hopefully the fastest set of multiplayer/lan/net levels out. (Fastest meaning more kills per time spent flying) There is such thing as being to fast. For instance someone getting all the weapons, killing the opponet about 10 times before he gets his hands on somthing worthwhile weapon wize. I hope I succeded in staying away from this. Also, I tried to keep the same dark eerie mood to all the levels. I think it makes the games seem more fun, and action packed. I dont like those bright gay looking levels ;) I mean, Descent2 has shading capabilites...why not use them?! I hope you enjoy the level set.
